Outstanding features of THF Concrete Washing Separator

With the compact structure and broad effective working area, this machine allows two truck mixers to discharge and wash concrete at the same time. Spiral Propeller feeds the materials into the separating system evenly and cleanly, and avoids the overload of the separating system.

1 Stone separating system:

The spiral forward direction of the sieve is designed to form a dip angel, so the materials can be throughly turned over and be washed and separated by water jet.

2 Sand separating system:

The reasonal layout of the overflow slot up in the sedimentation tank completely separate the sand from the slurry. The accumulative materials on the conveyor, not asymmetrically installed on the inner wall of the casing, effectively prevent the erosion of the machine. The lengthened screw makes the sand to be less of water.

3 Control system:

The electronic components from famous international manufacturers ensures the stablity of the control system. The control components installed in the seal box are easily to control and maintain.

4 Water supply system

This machine adopted the water recycling washing technique strongthen the using rate of water. Considering the difficullties of working in the winter in the northern areas, this machine has the heating system,
